Twenty years ago, the movie Hollywood Stardust defined a generation of teens and changed the four actors’ lives forever.
Typecast as the villain both in front and behind the silver screen, Logan Alexander has purposely allowed his star to fade. Now with the 20th Anniversary of the movie on the horizon, he is the only one fit to step into the spotlight, deal with the unwanted publicity, and make sure that things meant to be left on the cutting room floor remain there.
Ivy Vermont has always longed to be a leading lady, yet her paralyzing stage fright has relegated her to stay behind the scenes as a fact checker for Chargge.com’s entertainment webcasts. However, when her one-time poster-boy crush walks in to the studio demanding only she be in charge of his story, she knows she must take advantage of her big break.
Now, Logan tightropes between old loyalties and new love, while Ivy struggles to stay in reality with her ultimate fantasy.

Stephanie's Review - 4 Stars!

Ivy Vermont has wanted to follow in her family's footsteps and become an actress, but her stage fright has prevented that and so she works as an assistant for a webcast that is dying to get a new angle on a 20 year anniversary of Hollywood Stardust, a Hollywood blockbuster.

She is the perfect person for the job as she has loved the movie, it's stars and even did a thesis paper on it. So when she meets Logan Alexander, she is star struck. Logan is typecast as the bad boy and he doesn't seem to want to dispel that image. It is apparent when Logan and Ivy begin working on the story together that sparks fly. And Logan wants her to do the story, no one else.

"Miss Details is the only one for me. It seems she has found something to talk about other than drugs, Drew and sequels, since I won't answer those questions anyway."

As this story unfolds, we are revealed into a lot of the secrets around Hollywood Stardust's movie and sequel that was cancelled and the reason why. It is made apparent that the story running wild isn't really the truth and Ivy wants to figure out the real answers.

"Before we have to say goodbye, are you going to tell me if you wish you would have gotten the girl?" Sharp. She got back on point and that made her even more alluring. "Maybe I never found the right girl to get."

I totally enjoyed this book and I loved how the author wrote the real-life story of Logan and added in the chapters from the screenplay. Simply wonderful!

There were some ups and downs and some OMG's, did that really happen? Both of these characters were strong people and I loved them. The supporting characters were very well done as well.

If you want a very different, refreshing story, this is for you!

I was gifted a copy of this in exchange for my honest review.
